Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install glibc-html. 2. Visit <URL:file:///usr/share/doc/glibc/Header-Files.html#Header-Files>. 3. Follow the hyperlink "Header Files". Actual Results: 2. We neither generate nor package any html documentation, except for libstdc++.
