http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1104850 Bug ID: 1104850 Summary: Wrong prefix in GRUB at aarch64 Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: Current Hardware: aarch64 OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Bootloader Assignee: jsrain@suse.com Reporter: matwey.kornilov@gmail.com QA Contact: jsrain@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Hi, I see at the following two JeOS the similar issue. openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-efi.aarch64-2018.08.13-Build1.1.raw openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-JeOS-rock64.aarch64-2018.07.23-Build4.10 The following happens with GRUB in misses its config. GNU GRUB version 2.02 Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists possible device or file completions. grub> The issue is that the prefix is predefined to (hd0)/efi/boot, instead of (hd0,gpt1)/efi/boot. There is workaround for the issue:
set prefix='(hd0,gpt1)/efi/boot' normal
