Then retest with the latest upstream kernel in OBS Kernel:stable:Backport repo again and see whether the issue appears with it or not. I tested kernel 6.11.4, 6.11.5, the issue did not appear.

Honestly speaking, there is little thing we can do from the distro side for such a bug unless it's addressed in the upstream; it's a device-specific, mostly a firmware-related bug.
