For some reason reading this certificate works for me on TW, but no on Leap 15.4

# openssl x509 -in MOK-nvidia-driver-G06-525.89.02-7.1-default.der.tw -text unable to load certificate 139783333067776:error:0909006C:PEM routines:get_name:no start line:crypto/pem/pem_lib.c:745:Expecting: TRUSTED CERTIFICATE
