They offer a newer kdenlive version (17.12.3 at this point), and of course also the -debuginfo package for that. To install the debuginfo package for the version in the standard openSUSE OSS repo (or any other package for that matter), you need to enable the OSS-debug repo, in YaST->Software Repositories e.g. (or just update kdenlive to Packman's version...)
