[Bug 538357] After first reboot after complete installation the clock is 2 hours ahead.

Timezone::Set does: /usr/sbin/zic -l <timezone> /sbin/hwclock --hctosys <hwclock> (where hwclock is the HWCLOCK value from sysconfig) So... should we call Timezone::Set also after the chroot?
