i would put it in the "ssl_client" section of this struct, but we can try both.
I am not sure if boringssl does not have another fix.
i also did not yet find if boringssl is by default affected by this
NOTE mono-core embeds a boringssl copy, I patched that copy and currently build in
home:msmeissn:branches:Mono:Factory/mono-core
