We are using NFS (NFSv3 and v4) together with Kerberos (sec=krb5i or sec=krb5p in the options line) I wasn't able configure nfs mount via Yast NFS client, because the standard setting in the file /etc/sysconfig/nfs on the line 31 said NFS_SECURITY_GSS="no". For the Kerberos/NFS identification this has to be set NFS_SECURITY_GSS="yes". Can you add "security gss" button bellow "Enable NFSv4" in the NFS setting part ? For now I edited /etc/sysconfig/nfs manually. But would be nice If I can do this via yast (without manually editing system files) Would be nice too, If there is the the yast/nfs client some warning about /etc/krb5.keytab ticket file: For example : "For security gss you need the /etc/krb5.keytab ticket file too!" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.install OpenSuse 11.2 Milestone8 2. set up NFS client with sec=krb5i or sec=krb5p option 3. try mount - it doesn't work. 4. change in the /etc/sysconfig/nfs NFS_SECURITY_GSS= to yes 5. try mount again - it works.
