Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a dialog box (for isntance, clear private data) 2.see blank box 3. Actual Results: Blank box or some dialog boxes completely minimized Expected Results: Should be able to read/use dialog box. Also a drop down option in uploading files is blank and shows no file types. I don't have a 11.0 to test with but on 11.1 all worked fine for me.
