But now samba isn't running at boot and isn't a visible option in the runlevel section of yast. systemctl start smb.service will start the service but it still isn't visible in the runlevel section. Some have complained of apparmor also now blocking the service, but I can't confirm. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Such services are not displayed by the YaST runlevel editor. This module is deprecated and got replaced by the YaST services-manager See also http://kobliha-suse.blogspot.de/2013/06/yast-runlevel-is-dead-long-live-yast... There you're able to start, stop, enable, and disable services as you can set the default system target. It's the GUI for the systemctl command. The AppArmor bug is tracked by bnc#856651 -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
