Just do a wget ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/i586/gdb-6.6.50.20070713-2.i586.rpm Then you can install the rpm with rpm -ivh gdb-6.6.50.20070713-2.i586.rpm.
