I tried updating xorg-x11-server, xorg-x11-driver-video and xorg-x11-driver-input packages from buildservice. Somehow a "shade" took about 7 seconds where it is instand on 10.2. So I did the install again with rpm -Uvh x* after downloading them and the installation complained about xorg-x11-Xvnc, something YaST did not previously complain about. I was able to work on two screens, yet the shade was still extremely slow. I then decided to see if it was slow, so I installed the original files and ran sax2 -b ... again. Suddenly I was able to run in dual screen AND the speed of the shade is normal again. Each YaST installation I did in init 3 and I also did a (not needed) reboot after each change. Now it works, yet it seems that the driver was not the problem, as it now works with the "defect" drivers.
