The documentation team: As a documentation enhancement, can you provide a chapter on how to set wake-on-lan on both the target machine receiving the call to wake-up and the source machine sending out the call to wake-up. On some machines you must turn this feature on bios. On machine you want to wake, check this: Make sure the network card is switched to the MagicPacket WOL method run in termina/console: "ethtool eth0" eth0 is interface connected to the network. Look for the "Wake-On" line.It should be "g". If it isn't. run "ethtool -s eth0 wol g". Make sure the network card is set to MagicPacket WOL method automatically at every boot.
