You've got to manually switch to online mode in the network panel to restore the connectivity. If you don't do it, it will stay offline even if you restart the netbook or launch another UI (KDE in my case). Found on an Acer Aspire One A110. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Connect yourself to a wifi network 2. Close the lid of the netbook and wait the system to suspend 3. Resume from suspend to RAM Actual Results: There's no network, it is on "ofline mode".
