Well, the thing is I use the permission and configuration set by system. The only thing I changed was removing pulse audio, but removing was done for entire system, so it affects all users. About process using audio. You are correct, when I noticed the error again, I run "fuser" and I get such results: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/pcmC0D0p: root 21855 F...m knotify4 and from ps: 21855 ?
