------snip from email-----------------
modifying the groupwise script in /opt/novell/groupwise/client/bin so that the startup command is:
/opt/novell/groupwise/client/bin/groupwise-bin jvm=-Dawt.toolkit=sun.awt.motif.MToolkit "$@"
The two line above this are all one line. ------end of snip-----
And George, I think the change you made (referring to Comment #3 - Bug #361073), was only done in Bonsai and Edward is, I believe, talking about 7.0.3??? There shouldn't be any 'hang' issues. If there are then, we need to investigate other causes and solutions... Also OpenSUSE 11 is not currently a supported platform. My guess (without testing), is that there are some other dependent libraries that are not included with SUSE 11 that WERE there in 10??? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

May want to try adding the following to the 'groupwise' startup script: export LIBXCB_ALLOW_SLOPPY_LOCK=1
Sorry, it makes no difference in my setup. Thanks though. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
