I have tested 2 new pan versions pan-0.134-18.1 shows the articles 4 times in the tasklist pan-0.134-20.1 encodes the nzb files, but no articles show up on the tasklist - same as pan-0.133.14.1

I think they should know best how to solve the problem. In pan-0.133 as it is on openSUSE 11.3 or fedora 12 (no new pan versions for fedora 13/14) there was no problem with the direct download of articles from a nzb file. openSUSE 11.4 and fedora 15 have also pan-0.133 but a higher patch level, both fail to download articles from a nzb file. for pan-0.134 see comments above.
