I had mounted a usb disk, 500GB, and was copying data from it onto the local
disk. some hours later, I tried to access the mounted disk, got an i/o error.
Then I tried to umount the /usbdisk and it ended in a segmentation fault.
Immediately after that the server became unresponsive.
After reboot I found the following kernel crash dump in /var/log/messages:
