I hate it. I didn't know that we were building 11.1 packages in the external Build Service. I haven't seen it in any annonce anywhere. I checked on Monday that the build succeeded in head-ppc in the internal build service. Wait with RC3 on ppc until the build finishes 2. Put it into official 11.1-tree after rc3 and make it available only via the network installation source 3. I think this isn't set up automatically and has do be done by hand (I think this is a known bug? search for "ppc repo" comes up blank though) - and it didn't survive a re-installation. Once added OO does indeed appear as installable...
