Comparing leap423 and leap15, the latter has almost 300 pages more. (on my xen test systems, 776 vs 492).
s/pages/packages/ A quick compare of leap423 and leap15 suggests 'enhanced_base' is causing a lot of the bloat in leap15. Some useful stuff (a quick glance: lvm, kpartx, autofs, at, mcelog, mdadm, xinetd, smartmontools), but also much I don't think really belongs in the server pattern (sound, graphics, printing, ntfs, wireless).
