Then the widgets are NOT immediately locked: if I hover with the mouse over a desktop widget, I can still move that widget (black bar on the right). Only a little later (after doing other things on the desktop) the widgets are really locked. As for the widgets, I think I had this problem all the time with KDE 4, just hadn't reported it yet.
