Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. mount DVD iso to use as installation source for kiwi 2. You will need packages only available online. Namely openSUSE-release-livecd-* - they can't be on the DVD as the existance of openSUSE-release-dvd marks the flavor of the medium. What other packages are missing?
