Creation of the volume group "system" fails because it already exists. As a workaround you can try to give it another name or delete it before starting the installation.
This might be the result of the second attempt to install. In the first attempt the partition table was build new - so there should have been no volume group. Nevertheless, if it was there in the 2nd run, catching the 'error' could have been an option.
Please provide YaST2 logs without debug information turned on. Although your logs are very big they do not contain the whole installation process.
