To check that, please try the kernel-firmware-* packages in OBS home:tiwai:branches:Kernel:HEAD repo http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tiwai:/branches:/Kernel:/HEA... Instead of updating all kernel-firmware-* pacakges, it should be enough to download only kernel-firmware-amdgpu, and install it manually via "rpm -Uvh kernel-firmware-amdgpu-*.rpm --force --nodeps", too.
