None. It is just a different name.
OK. First think and then answer. All these machines are LPARs. s390p* are located on a EC12 s390zp* are located on a z13 (the successor of the EC12 generation) The architecture level set we have is for z196 (predecessor of EC12). And the default compiler flags point to z196. But..... if a package has its own processor type detection and compiles on a z13 the code (if later used in a different package) may fail to execute on a EC12. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
