I use it as my main web browser). I can enable it by using the right-click Toolbar Menu or Settings/Toolbars, but I have also found that it disappears without my prompting, for example when loading a web page. As Konqueror restores the previous session when you log out of a session with it open, it should restore the toolbars with it, in their previous location.
