http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1035314 Bug ID: 1035314 Summary: Firefox crashes with segfault in xrdp session Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.2 Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 42.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: X11 Applications Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: ginkobonsai@gmx.de QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- I'm connecting with xfreerdp (from default package, updates installed) from a Leap 42.2 PC to a Leap 42.2 laptop (on the same local network) running xrdp (from the default package, updates installed): xfreerdp /bpp:24 /size:1915x1012 /kbd:0x00000809 /u:user /v:host When I try to run Firefox in the rdp session, it segfaults and outputs this to console: ExceptionHandler::GenerateDump cloned child 5990 ExceptionHandler::SendContinueSignalToChild sent continue signal to child ExceptionHandler::WaitForContinueSignal waiting for continue signal... Segmentation fault (core dumped) When I log in locally (not through rdp) and run Firefox, it works fine. Running Thunderbird in the rdp session also works fine (as well as other programs). On rdp client: libfreerdp2-2.0.0~git.1463131968.4e66df7-2.18.x86_64 freerdp-2.0.0~git.1463131968.4e66df7-2.18.x86_64 On rdp host: xrdp-0.9.0~git.1456906198.f422461-2.6.x86_64 Any hints on what is different with firefox and how I can run it in an rpd session? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
