I have not run into the problem that you describe. Admittedly, I have 40G rather than 20G for the root volume. Here's what I do: 1: Early in the install, I am prompted for encryption key for existing LUKS partitions. I provide that key. 2: At the partitioning section, I select "create partitioning". 3: At the next screen, I click "custom partitioning" 4: I should then see a screen of only existing partitions and LVM volumes. I right click on each, and use "edit" to change how it will be used. Typically this involves setting root file system, setting "/home", setting "/boot", setting/unsetting swap. The installer defaults wanting to use any swap it finds, so I have to tell it to not use swap on other disks. This method has worked fine for me for 13.2 (several installs) and Tumbleweed (several installs). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=930334 --- Comment #3 from Richard Meinsen <richard@meinsen.net> --- @Neil: your method works. the problem stays, that switching from recommended config to own config -> change destination with enough free space didn't work @Arvin Sorry, no logs here. Saving logs from install environment is bit complicated and I'm not sure if there are detailed logs in the busybox install environment. Will try reproduce the situation and look for logs. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
