Hello jan,
after I inspected the rssosreport, it seems that for some reason the root partition (/dev/sda2 -> 000a0e56-93f7-4edf-8f3b-d3130b789cf4) is not found by dracut searching for it using by-uuid path - see line 80, 81 and 1063. If here my root partition should be mounted and therefore the systemd installation at all available the this looks like the root cause for my issue. Alex
Your rdsosreport shows: rd.break=initqueue in the kernel command line. This will forcibely stop in the initrd at a stage where the root device symlink isn't created yet. Can you please remove this? For your encrypted /home, I'd normally expect that the system stops and asks you for a password during the boot process. Is this not happening? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
