Not all kde tests seem to fall, done takes and passed on rerun, which seems to indicate some kind of race between the session shutdown and relaunch. openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-kde@USBboot_64 fails in [amarok](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/2460714/modules/amarok/steps/23) ## Test suite description TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
