From time to time zypper lists a range of packages 'NOT to be installed' when "zypper up". Funny enough all the listed packages are actually installed, so the message is either wrong or actually means "NOT to be updated".

Can you please check actual versions/archs of some of the packages (both installed ones and to-be-installed - hit 'v', then 'a', then 'g' at the Continue prompt)? If it's only architecture that is different there, then it's bug 600184 as you suggest in c#1. But if the version really differs, then all is probably OK. (In reply to comment #0)
