[Bug 774710] New: armv5 openssl compiled with -march=armv7-a
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=774710 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=774710#c0 Summary: armv5 openssl compiled with -march=armv7-a Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.2 Version: RC 2 Platform: Other OS/Version: openSUSE 12.2 Status: NEW Severity: Critical Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bwiedemann@suse.com QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de CC: crrodriguez@opensuse.org, agraf@suse.com, gjhe@suse.com Found By: Development Blocker: --- I found that the armv5el build of libopenssl causes an illegal instruction error on raspberry pi (armv6) even though it worked with older versions than r78. The causing change is https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff?linkrev=base&package=openssl&project=openSUSE%3AFactory%3AARM&rev=78 I saw in the build log, that r78 compiles with -march=armv7-a while working r77 and older did not give any -march param. The change does _not_ come from the added $(getconf LFS_CFLAGS) as I still got it after removing it. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
