There is no final confirmation which one will be the ESR version but most likely and discussed is Firefox 10 and Thunderbird 10. Current plan is to have updates at least until the "ESR" (extended support release) will be available and probably some overlap for them.
IIRC, the plan was to have two release cycles overlap for the ESRs (3.6 being considered as an ESR as well). (gnome-web-photo to be checked still). Actually Firefox 3.6.25 has _one_ security fix which only affects OSX and a bugfix which didn't affect Firefox directly (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=705610) Thunderbird 3.1.17 has also only the one OSX security fix but some more bugfixes.
