If I use the ipw3945 driver then no such delay occures. The delay occures after the "Bluetooth: RFCOMM ver 1.8" line was displayed. If I turn on and off the killswitch a few times then wireless dies out completely and 'ksoftirqd' process start eating one cpu core (top shows 50%). Wireless remains dead until the next reboot. I ended up switching back to ipw3945 as well. But AFAIK it has been fixed. Are you using 10.3 final?
