(1) Which audio system do you use? (See "Audio" tab: One of: aRts, GStreamer, ALSA, aKode)
Which "audio" tab? There are too many places to choose an audio system, and too many ways to break sound since Firefox demanded installation of Pulseaudio, to know how to answer this. The (virtually blind) comment 0 PC owner needs explicit understandable instructions how to find out what has been chosen, and I, who is routinely vexed by PC audio on Linux issues, am not there to look over his shoulder or do it for him.
(2) I understood that this problem does not occur if speech was restarted. Is it correct?
It does not occur it speech was restarted before it completed.
(2-1) If (2) is yes, what happens when you wait for a while (1 or 2 minutes) and restart speech? Is this problem recurred?
Yes.
(3) Does similar problems also occur with music player? (i.e. If you start playing some music, does the prelude part be played?)
All other sounds on the system seem to be working as expected. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
