[Bug 981836] virt-manager does not support all boot methods for AArch64
http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=981836 http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=981836#c2 James Fehlig <jfehlig@suse.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |glin@suse.com Flags| |needinfo?(glin@suse.com) --- Comment #2 from James Fehlig <jfehlig@suse.com> --- We'll need to advertise the firmware paths in libvirt and fixup the regex patterns used by virt-manager. I don't recall there being firmware for aarch64 when originally doing this work, but now see the qemu-uefi-aarch64 package. However, it only contains /usr/share/qemu/qemu-uefi-aarch64.bin. Unlike x86, there are no separate *-code.bin and *-vars.bin, and no flavors with preloaded keys. Gary, is there a -vars equivalent for aarch64? Will flavors with preloaded keys be made available in the future? FYI, for aarch64 fedora has /usr/share/edk2/aarch64/QEMU_EFI-pflash.raw and /usr/share/edk2/aarch64/vars-template-pflash.raw. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
