By copying the 'libflashplayer.so' into '/usr/lib/chromium-browser/plugins' resulting no more bug applet.. It seems that recent release of Chromium can't handle/remove the symlinks for '/usr/lib/flashplugin-installer/libflashplayer.so', so the plugin should copied (apparently, just putting the symlinks won't works) in '/usr/lib/chromium-browser/plugins'. These I never found in previous release.. I am not sure if this caused this strange behavior as on my own system flash is working normally (Using the alpha release of the 64-bit flashplayer located in the directory /usr/lib64/browser-plugins/libflashplayer.so). I have restored the old build type again (single binary linked against static libraries). Please let me know if this solved this flash issue. The new build version is 5.0.347.
