It only happens with pipewire-jack, using Ardour's jack backend. Switching to ALSA backend, also after replacing pipewire-jack by jack/libjack v1.9.22 the exported file sounds fine. The pipewire packages I was using are from MM:Libs (I assume the ones in OSS repo will show the same).
