This is fixed in AppArmor 3.0.3 which I just submitted.

Maciej, as soon as AppArmor 3.0.3 gets accepted in Tumbleweed, you can remove the patch you mentioned in comment #12 again.

I'll assign the bug to you. Feel free to close it as fixed after removing that patch.
