I have installed 11.3 default kernel 2.6.34.4-0.1 and it boots.
I set the platform to 11.3 then
Running yast, I can probe Hardware and card is detected with proper driver. iwlist tells me card is not configured. Back to yast, system hangs at "detecting network devices" If I have not modprobed ndiswrapper, yast will hang system when it modprobes ndiswrapper. This is not the case if I modprobe from terminal.
RTL8185 is supported by the rtl8180 driver. You do not need the ndiswraper. Would it be possible to post output of the "hwinfo --wlan" ?
