Device Information Files" that <append key="@info.parent:...> should work. But when I use the attached fdi file, I get in lshal the attached result - in particular: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- udi = '/org/freedesktop/Hal/devices/usb_device_4a9_220e_noserial_usbraw' @info.parent:info.capabilities = {'scanner'} (string list) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- There seem to be two bugs: 1. The entry is added to the current UDI and not to the UDI of its parent. 2.
