I think, It would be nice, if they could be merged into one windows, splitted by horizontal line and another color of left bar. Closing as WONTFIX because we think it'd be too many items at once. However, with the PolicyKit work going on, you'll find out that more and more system settings will be available in the normal interface, and so this will kind of fix this bug.
