Example: gitk-1.6.0.2-6.12.1.i586 needs "tk >= 8.4", but there is no tk on the DVD The only available option is not to install "gitk". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install from retail DVD without ever being online 2. Try to install "gitk" when you have no network Actual Results: gitk fails dependency checking; you cannot install Expected Results: A set of resolvable dependencies on DVD. I had a rough look at the files in setup/descr, and I got the impression that in both languages, English and German there are no references to tcl or tk packages. If taht's the problem, the issue may be more serious that it initially looked: The must be a bug in the media pre-mastering process.
