The error can easily be reproduced by creating a new file/folder on a Samba share folder/server, putting an international character in the filename of that file/folder an using Samba through Konqueror/Dolphin with KDE 4.x to access it on another computer in the local server A file such as "12. Basshunter - Strand Tylösan.mp3" produces the error message "File does not exist: smb://kubuntu/SHARE/Music/Basshunter/lol%20album/12.%20Basshunter%20-%20Strand%20Tyl%C3%B6san.mp3". The error message occurs when attempting to copy/view/read the file through Dolphin/Konqueror This bug has also been reported here http://forums.opensuse.org/network-internet/386820-smb-problem-opensuse-11-k...
