This is a specific upstream bug, reported at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=265405 and fixed upstream for 4.8. The diff is available at http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kde-workspace.git&a=commitdiff&h=94b134f964c5fe4f0588e2db70c076c56a3a8091, however it must be noted that when applied to 4.7 can cause side-effects (a reporter says that it is no longer possible to use keyboard in the shutdown dialog). Notice that this happens only when pushing the power button. Other means (menu, kickoff...) don't exhibit this behavior. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.
