Much less so since translated versions (e.g., German and French typically use 50%-80% more screen space)of that menu entry will make that button so large that it will be much too prominent in that dialog. That's an expert function allright. Moving it to that "Expert" menu button clearly points that out, not leaving doubts in normal users if they should know what that function is. I forgot we are in Linux land where everybody who can spell "Expert" believes he is one.
