Otherwise the nepomuk storage service, provided by nepomukservicestub, from before would have stayed crashed. Assuming you did relogin, could you enabled debug with kdebugdialog, kill all nepomuk* process - the akonadi_nep* ones don't matter - and run nepomukserver in a console.
