It attempts to search the path /usr/share/doc/gtkmm-2.4 instead of the actual location which is /usr/share/doc/packages/gtkmm2. Here's an example error: The file /usr/share/doc/gtkmm-2.4/docs/reference/html/classGtk_1_1Widget.html#6121b095c21079cb118f95c4a03fb8b8 cannot be found. Please check the location and try again. It looks like the actual file is "/usr/share/doc/packages/gtkmm2/docs/reference/html/classGtk_1_1Widget.html". $(sudo ln -s /usr/share/doc/packages/gtkmm2 /usr/share/doc/gtkmm-2.4) is a temporary fix, but it's obviously not the right answer.
