The dialog is sized for all options fitting.. 'Static Key' uses most space in this configuration dialog. The 2nd part, moving to another workplace could not be reproduced here.. how did you move? But now if I go into the vnp settings dialog its still opened in the wrong position, so all I can do is to <cancel> or <accept> it but not alter any content because the content is not visible. There is appearently no way to move it. I think other DE have the option to move a window by holding CTRL or ALT or whatever. That works at least in 11.4.
