There isn't physical switch but on Vista there is an keywords combo that start an application that switch on or off the card by software. Unfortunately there is no support for ath9k native rfkill in 2.6.27 based kernels. (I suppose, it's ath9k native rfkill, just to be sure, could you post contents of /proc/bus/input/devices?)
